DCS produces the 40ft Open Top Rebuild in-house by converting existing 40ft Dry Containers to an Open Top configuration. These containers offer a more cost-effective alternative to original Open Tops and are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications and project cargo.

Applications and benefits

DCS produces the 40ft Open Top Rebuild in-house from existing Dry Containers. Conversion to an open roof structure creates a practical solution for goods that cannot easily be loaded through standard container doors.

These containers are used for machinery, steel structures, industrial components and other project cargo. The Rebuild configuration offers a more cost-effective alternative to an original Open Top container.

Our in-house production and modification capacity allows us to respond to enquiries for individual containers and larger quantities, subject to available stock and production planning.

Prefer an original Open Top?

Alongside our own Rebuild containers, DCS also supplies original 40ft Open Top containers. These were manufactured as Open Tops from the factory and offer an alternative for customers specifically requiring original Open Top equipment.

Condition & availability

Our 40ft Open Top Rebuild containers are produced in-house and offered as standard in Cargo Worthy (CW) condition. Other configurations and conditions are possible on request.
